The Best Beltaine! No awkwardness or anger sadness, just joy & reflection & happiness (and lovin, of course :3). Definitely my favourite Wicker Man, favourite bonfire (which everyone jumped except me because I am mighty fearful of my epic clumsiness), and surrounded by my favourite people in the world. We did have some injuries - I fell and I think sprained my wrist (it's a little swollen & a nice shade of green right now - this is why I didn't jump the fire XD), Kevin burned his foot on an ember that got kicked out of the fire, and poor Audrey had to get 11 stitches when she cut her leg on a broken bottle - but I'm pretty sure when Pagans & alcohol & fire are combined, it's almost impossible NOT to have a few injuries. Either way. It was a fun, successful Holiday, and I loved every second of it.
